Terms of use

Terms of Use for the Pharmaco-Net MCP Server

These terms cover the MCP connector only: what you're agreeing to when you link Claude, or another MCP client, to your Pharmaco-Net account through this server. They do not replace Pharmaco-Net's main Terms of Service, which governs your account, payment, and content on the web platform, and which continues to apply in full alongside these terms.

Scope

Pharmaco-Net (operated by Calici Co., Ltd.) publishes two related things: the Pharmaco-Net web platform, governed by the main Terms of Service, and this MCP server, which exposes part of that platform to AI assistants over the Model Context Protocol. This page adds terms specific to the MCP connector. It does not create a separate account, membership, or service independent of your existing Pharmaco-Net account. Where these terms are silent, the main Terms of Service govern.

Acceptance

By completing the sign-in flow on this server and authorizing an MCP client to connect, you agree to these terms and to the main Pharmaco-Net Terms of Service, if you haven't already agreed to them separately. If you don't agree, don't complete the connection. You can withdraw this agreement at any time by disconnecting the MCP client, which does not affect your underlying Pharmaco-Net account.

No separate registration

This server does not register a new member, issue a new password, or create any account distinct from your Pharmaco-Net account. Signing in here (with your Pharmaco-Net credentials or Google) issues a scoped access token tied to your existing account. The registration, ID/password management, and account-suspension terms in the main Terms of Service apply exactly as they do on the website.

Actions taken through your connected assistant

Once connected, your AI assistant can take actions on Pharmaco-Net using your account's own authority: the same actions you could take yourself on the website, performed through tool calls instead of the web interface. This includes actions that consume tokens, upload data, or delete canvas nodes. You are responsible for actions your assistant takes through this connection to the same extent you're responsible for actions taken under your own credentials, per the main Terms of Service's ID/password provisions.

The assistant's plans, cost estimates, and reasoning are informational aids, not guarantees. Review what your assistant proposes before approving it, particularly anything that consumes tokens, deletes data, or is otherwise described as irreversible.

AI-generated reasoning and suggestions

Chain-of-thought reasoning, next-step suggestions, and research summaries returned by this server's tools exist to help your assistant explain its work. They are not verified scientific conclusions and shouldn't be relied on as such without independent review. Actual computational results, including docking scores, structure predictions, and ADMET properties, come from the same Pharmaco-Net job-server pipeline used by the web platform, subject to the same accuracy limitations disclosed there.

Tokens and payment

Running a module through this connector consumes tokens from your Pharmaco-Net balance exactly as it would on the website. Token pricing, purchases, and refunds are governed entirely by the main Terms of Service's payment and withdrawal provisions. This server does not process payments or hold a separate balance.

Availability

This server is provided on a best-efforts basis. It may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upstream outages, or circumstances beyond Calici Co., Ltd.'s control, consistent with the service-suspension terms in the main Terms of Service. Disconnecting or reconnecting the MCP client does not affect your underlying account or its data.

Prohibited uses

In addition to the prohibited-use provisions in the main Terms of Service, you agree not to use this connector to:

Violating these terms may result in the same account restrictions described in the main Terms of Service.

Content and intellectual property

Content you submit through this connector, including protein targets, sequences, SMILES strings, and experiment descriptions, is subject to the same ownership, licensing, and permitted-use terms as content submitted directly on the Pharmaco-Net website, per the main Terms of Service. Only submit data you have the right to share.

Termination

You may disconnect this MCP server from your AI assistant at any time, from your client's connector settings. Doing so revokes the connector's access token without affecting your underlying account. Calici Co., Ltd. may suspend or restrict access through this connector on the same grounds the main Terms of Service allow for suspending a member's account.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change with it. Material changes will also be noted on the server's landing page, consistent with the amendment-notice provisions in the main Terms of Service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, the same as the main Terms of Service, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction described there.
